Solution(s)

Windows 32bit
Reinstalling  Inner Tube OR try installing DirectX from the program files.
If you go to C:Program FilesCygnetfeedbackInner TubeDirectX

or

Windows 7 64bit
C:Program Files(x86)CygnetfeedbackInner TubeDirectX
Click on DXSETUP that will install the new DirectX
Be patient it can take a few mins to progress install.

Inner Tube 8 pack is saying that the serial code is invalid

If  then the Inner Tube 8 pack simply needs to be resinstalled. That could happen if there was a issue with the updating of the game registration system. Make sure that innertube and/or Cygnet is closed. and then reinstall Inner tube 8 pack. You should have the installer unless you deleted it.
