EEG INFO NeuroAmp : " Sync Error " is displayed intermittently while session otherwise seems to run normally

Error is usually caused by the use of USB to Serial adapter based on the Prolific chipset. Replace your USB to Serial adapter with a Keyspan USB to Serial adapter . click here to search froogle

Also, this problem may be caused by the use of an extender cable or USB hub between your Neuroamp and the PC. Remove these items if they are in use and try again to see if the problem persists.
