If BioExplorer is not accepting your BrainMaster Enhanced Passkey, check the following.
- Make sure that you have selected the appropriate COM Port
and click on Set.
- Then attempt to enter the passkey and serial number.
- Check to make sure that your passkey is entered in the correct position. In BioExplorer the BrainMaster Passkey goes on top and the serial number on the bottom.
