Make sure you have added a client to your client list. If not, press "click here to add a new client"

  When viewing your list of clients, on the far right press "Symptomtracking" for the client where you would like to do         symptom tracking.

  At the top of this screen you will see "List of all available symptoms". Click that.

  At the top of the symptoms list, you should see two buttons, the second button says "print for client" - this will print out the list of symtoms on your default printer.
