This problem is usually due to electrical noise caused by the Aura Power Supply.

• Make sure you are using an isolation audio cable for the bear. This cable will have a square block in the middle of it which provides electrical isolation between the bear and the amplifier:
  
  
• Try moving the Aura power supply to a different location.
• Make sure that the audio cables are not overlaping with power cables.
  
• If the above steps do not work you may need to replace your Aura power supply.
