Cygnet software launches and then closes by itself
Views: 1022
1. Check the batteries in the Neuroamp. Cygnet will detect the com port , but it will not function if the Neuroamp does not have good batteries.
2. Check for conflicting com ports in the windows device manger (See Determining Com Port Settings ). Sometimes, if another device is trying to use the same com port as the Neuroamp, such as a bluetooth serial port or a blackberry connection port, then cygnet will try to open, but then close on its own. Try connecting to another USB port, or try deleting the Neuroamp from the device manager and connecting it again and then reassigning the COM Port .
