- Download and install the latest version of JAVA at: www.java.com (Click on Free JAVA Download)
- Download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash player.
- Reboot your computer and attempt to run Cygnet again.
If the problem still persist, then please do the following:
- Download the start_console-dx.bat file to your Windows Desktop by right clicking on the following link and choosing SAVE start_console-dx.bat
- Make sure the Save location is to your Windows Desktop so you may locate the file easily
- Copy or move the start_console-dx.bat file to the Cygnet folder: C:/Program Files/Cygnet
- Right click on the Cygnet Shortcut on your Windows Desktop
- Cclick on Properties.
- Where it says Target "C:Program FilesCygnetbioera.exe" change Target to "C:Program FilesCygnetstart_console-dx"
