This is caused by a lack of the latest version of Macromedia Flash player.  You must install the latest version of Flash player to use Roller Ball.

This can be downloaded from: http://www.somaplay.com/public/InstallFlashPlayer8X.msi

If your neurofeedback computer is not internet enabled you will need to download this then burn it to cd, or copy it to a memory stick then transfer it to your neurofeedback computer.
