| How does the impedance meter of the EEG INFO NeuroAmp work? |
|
The EEG NeuroAmp uses a weak AC signal to determine the electrode - scalp impedances. The voltages used are smaller than .1V rms and the currents are only afew micro Amps. Four to five times a second the unit applies a small current and then measures a voltage to determine the impedances using Ohm's law.
