Particle Editor / Inner Tube does not connect to BioExplorer

Make sure you are using the SomaticVision.bxd design and that you are playing back a sample session.

Inner Tube & Particle Editor require BioExplorer 1.3 or above, make sure you are using BioExplorer 1.3 or above. To check your BioExplorer version open BioExplorer and go to "Help -> About BioExplorer...". You can download the latest version of BioExplorer from http://www.cyberevolution.com/. Inner Tube & Particle Editor require the full (not trial) version of BioExplorer

Also make sure that when you first run BioExplorer, Inner Tube and Particle Editor you allow these programs to connect to the Internet (which allows them to connect to eachother via local internet protocols) by clicking "Unblock", "Always Allow" or "Permit Always" if a security alert appears from Windows, Norton, or another firewall (see detailed instructions). If you already clicked "block" or "don't allow" reinstall BioExplorer or change your blocking settings.

If none of these things help, try typing 127.0.0.1 in the Manual Server Selection box in Inner Tube / Particle Editor (in the BioExplorer Measurement Window) and press "Connect" to attempt manual connection.
