Premier Membership - Website and Graphic Design Services

Thank you for becoming a part of our Premier Membership on the EEG Info Directory. The primary focus of this membership level is marketing to increase awareness and interest in your practice.

Effective marketing materials (including websites) act as your full-time advocate, providing potential clients with the best possible information about your practice. The marketing materials you distribute show current and prospective clients the professionalism and high standard of care that they will receive.


Website Information:
Guidelines - In order to keep your website live you must be an active Premier member for a minimum of 6 consecutive months. If you cancel any time before your 6 months has lapsed, your website will become inactive.

Website Content - A general description of Neurofeedback and videos are provided by us for use on your website. Any other information that you'd like to incorporate on your website including, but not limited to, descriptions of your practice, services, credentials, equipment, specialties, disorders that you work with, links, etc. is to be submitted by you to our designers.


Included Services:

1. Display Ads (for printing in local publications)
Choose from our pre-constructed ads. They can be configured to include your information, logo, and specific dimensions. Contact your local media for ad rates, then choose from our available ads at www.eeginfo.com/premier/services/pws.pdf. In order to expedite the process and guarantee ad deadlines are met, please ask your local media representive for the specific ad dimensions, print color (black/white or color) and acceptable files types before discussing your chosen ad with the graphics department. Once the ad is completed, you will be emailed the final file so that you can send it to your ad representative. 2. Web Design
Choose one of our web atmospheres to begin your journey to a professional internet presence. We will work with you one-on-one to customize your web atmosphere to include graphics, images and text to define the site so it best represents your practice.¹

3. Directory Listing
Be sure to take full advantage of the benefits of your enhanced directory listing by adding a photo to your listing. Also, by having a link to your website included in the listing, clients can click through directly to your site.

Logo Design - $1,200*
Creation of a logo for your office.

WordPress Blog / Newsletter - $500*
Integrate a blog or newsletter to reach out and communicate with your website audience with regular updates about yourself and your practice. You are responsible for posting blog/newsletter entries at your own discretion.

Custom Website Creation¹
If you've looked through all of our offered web atmospheres and you need something created completely from scratch, we can work with you to design something to meet your needs. The price range is between $1,000* and $2,000* depending on the time, graphical elements, number of revisions and complexity of the desired design.

Custom Ad Creation²
If you've looked through our pre-constructed advertisements and you need something created completely from scratch for a specific purpose, we can work with you to design something to meet your needs. The price range is between $300* and $1,200* depending on the time, graphical elements and number of revisions needed to complete the ad.


*These listed fees are estimates and may be subject to change depending on the needs of your specific project. In order to provide you with the best service, we will give you an estimate up front of what the added services will cost so that you can budget appropriately.

1 In order to create and maintain your website, you will need to supply text for our designers. The website design/assistance includes one hour of changes per month, all changes that go over 1 hour will be billed at $90/hr.

2 In order to create your custom ad, you will need to supply text for our designers. To meet your ad deadlines, you are also limited to a reasonable number of changes. The ad design/assistance includes one hour of changes per ad, all changes that go over 1 hour will be billed at $90/hr.
