Allows Hershel Toomim's Biocomp nIR sensor to connect to the EEG Neuroamp.

Note: The cable only works with nIR sensors that already have the power adaptor. The power adapter is a box that connects between the sensor and the amplifier. If the nIR sensor connects directly into the amplifier without first plugging into a small box, then this adaptor will not work. For instance this adaptor will not work with the nIR sensor that was designed for the pocket-neurobics which does not have the power adaptor.
