Offer valid for a fully paid enrollment in a 2012 Advanced Summit that is processed between May 1 - 31, 2012. The two free calls must be used within 6 months after the completion of the Summit in which you enroll. You will receive an Evite invitation which includes a link allowing you to reserve your seat for each available call time/date. Please make sure to remove your name from the RSVP list if you are not able to attend, as your number of calls is based on the seat reservations made through Evite during each month.

Description/Purpose:
The Advanced Clinical Summit is designed for experienced clinicians (with at least 1 yr. minimum clinical experience in Neurofeedback) to provide updates based on the latest protocols and case studies from the clinic at EEG Info. The format allows time for sharing strategies and results with other clinicians from your Neurofeedback community. You will also have the opportunity to try our new Neurofeedback instrumentation as well as complementary programs and devices.

Attend this course and take a step towards becoming Othmer Method Neurofeedback Certified

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations must be received 10 days prior to the workshop. Cancellations made within the 10-day period will be subject to a $200.00 course materials and processing fee. If you cannot attend, a qualified substitute may attend in your place or you can choose to attend one of the other scheduled workshops.

Continuing Education: The course meets the qualifications for 24 hours of continuing education credit for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences; provider #3628.

Continuing Education for Psychologists: This course is co-sponsored by Amedco and EEG Info. Amedco is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Amedco maintains responsibility for this program and its content. 24 credit hours.

Nurses: Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 15652 for 20 contact hours.

Satisfactory Completion: Participants must have paid tuition fee, signed in and out each day, attended the entire seminar, and completed an evaluation, in order to receive a certificate of completion/attendance. Certificates will be sent after the seminar.
