Objectives: This presentation will enable attendees to:
› Decribe how neurofeedback develops self-regulation and central nervous system stability
› Explain how to become aware of how neurofeedback facilitates and complements traditional modes of therapy
› Assess the value of neurofeedback as an alternative to medication
› Summarize the awareness of neurofeedback’s utility in treating various symptoms
› Examine the efficacy of neurofeedback in developmental disorders and trauma
› State how neurofeedback can be used in the clinical practice in addition to other types of therapy to enhance the clinical results
