Setting The Preferred Graphics Processor On Laptops That Have BOTH Intel and NVIDIA Graphics Cards
Below are the instructions for setting the preferred graphics processor on laptop computers that have both Intel and NVIDIA graphics cards. The following instructions DO NOT apply to desktops at all or laptops with a single graphics card.
- Right click the Windows desktop
- Click on NVIDIA Control Panel
- Click on Manage 3D settings
- Click on Global Settings tab
- Preferred graphics processor: Select High-Performance NVIDIA processor
- Click Apply
