Think of Neurofeedback as a personal training session for the brain, where the brain becomes it's own trainer. Training the brain to function at it's maximum potential is similar to the way the body is trained, toned and maintained. Instead of muscle, brain training exercises the neural pathways that allow the brain to have better function in areas such as concentration and focus.
A comprehensive introduction to the clinical applications of Neurofeedback, the five day hands-on Introductory Course in Neurofeedback includes demonstrations, group discussions and hands-on practical experience that will put you on the path to becoming an experienced clinician.
