Problem connecting

  1. Check the batteries. If no lights come on when pressing the "check impedance" button, then the batteries are dead. If the batteries are going dead too quickly, this is a known bug in Neuroamp. Contact your sales representative if this is happening.
  2. Make sure that you have a Design open.
  3. Go Into Devices and check that there is only an EEG NeuroAmp selected.
  4. Check the COM port settings.
