Check the batteries. If no lights come on when pressing the "check impedance" button, then the batteries are dead. If the batteries are going dead too quickly, this is a known bug in Neuroamp. Contact your sales representative if this is happening.

Make sure that you have a Design open.

Go Into Devices and check that there is only an EEG NeuroAmp selected.

Check the COM port
settings.
