When trying to use NeuroAmp with BioExplorer , status says connecting continually and never connected.

Normally when you click the Play or Record button in BioExplorer you should see the Status change to "Connected". If BioExplorer continually says "Connecting" and not "Connected" even after you hit Record or Play...most likely your battery is going dead.

  1. Try replacing batteries and try connecting again.
