Help, I lost my password on the EEG shop.
1. We just switched to a new shop program a few months back, so if your password is not working, you might need to create a new account for the new online shop (we hope you like the new look and new features of the new shop).
2. If you are trying to create a new account and it says that your e-mail address is already in use on the shop, then congratulations, you do already have an account on the new shop.

3. People often ask if their password is the same for all the services, and unfortunately we do not have that level of integration ... YET. There are usually different passwords for the different services like the online shop, eegexpert, eegdirectory, and so forth.
