Solution list:
1. Are they using the right bioexplorer design (SomaticVision.bxd) or brainmaster settings file that includes the controls for inner tube?
2. Are the thresholds set correctly? Are the thresholds in fact being met on the reward and inhibits? (points will be increasing in brainmaster).
2. Do you have the resolution set too high? try moving inner tube to the main monitor. If this solves the problem, but you would like to continue using your second monitor, try more PC memory, and/or move video memory.
Also note you can drag the "taskbar" at the bottom of the screen between your two monitors.
