If the BMZ files won't open:
You may not have the BrainMaster "bmz" file type registered in Windows. The install program offers to do this when you install the software. It's possible you did not say "yes" to let this happen.
Try this:
Using Explorer, go to and double-click on the file "patch.bat". This will try to reregister the file type.
Make sure you answer "yes" to the dialog box that asks "Are you sure you want to add the information in c:brainm.20brainm.reg to the registry?"
Then, you should be able to have the BrainMater software unzip the file correctly when you double-click on it again.
