In order for the BrainMaster software to communicate properly with the Amplifier, the COM port setting must match the COM port which your serial cable is plugged into.

1. You will need to determine what COM port your using and make note of it. To do so see Determining COM Port Settings.
2. Open BrainMaster Software
   
3. Open Folder Selections and choose the TEST folder.
4. Choose Run the Next Session
   
5. Click on Data and then select the appropriate COM port determined in step 1.
6. Click on GO and verify that the amplifier is detected properly.
