Configuring Dual Monitors - Windows Vista

Windows XP users click here.
  1. Right Click on your desktop


  2. Click Personalize






  3. Choose Display Settings








  4. Click on the 2 Box.






  5. Put a check next to Extend the desktop onto this monitor






  6. Adjust resolution as necessary.
    Recommended resolution: 1024 by 768 pixels






  7. Click OK





  8. Your primary monitor (1) should show the start button and icons on the desktop.
    Your secondary monitor (2) should show just the windows wall paper.
