Problem: Roller ball will not register, and reports "must run as administrator" and then reports "already registered".
To solve this, you must run the registration process as an administrator
- Find the icon for "registration" in the start menu, under the roller ball menu
- Right click the icon and choose "properties"
- Click the tap on the top that says "compatibility"
- Check the box at the bottom under "privilege level" for "run as administrator"
- This time, when you correctly re-enter the registration key, you should not need to register again, it will simply say "already registered, only this time it will work.
