Registration problem on Windows Vista: "Already Registered" and "must run as administrator"

Problem: Roller ball will not register, and reports "must run as administrator" and then reports "already registered".

To solve this, you must run the registration process as an administrator

  1. Find the icon for "registration" in the start menu, under the roller ball menu
  2. Right click the icon and choose "properties"
  3. Click the tap on the top that says "compatibility"
  4. Check the box at the bottom under "privilege level" for "run as administrator"
  5. This time, when you correctly re-enter the registration key, you should not need to register again, it will simply say "already registered, only this time it will work.
