After proper installation, Cygnet icons can be located on your Windows desktop as well as the quick launch bar on the Windows taskbar. Double click or single click respectively to launch Cygnet.
The first time you launch Cygnet you will see the Serial Port
prompt window as pictured below. Click on the 
button to choose the COM port
that your NeuroAmp is assigned to.
